Tatyana provided professional and personal coaching for me over the last year. Our first encounter was when she led my family's cultural training prior to our departure to Asia. Upon our return to the US, I reached out to her to first discuss our re-acclimation to the US and later to establish a formal coaching relationship. It was my intention to find a way to rebrand myself (by first working with her to do a deeper assessment of my perceptions, values, and style) and to re-prioritize my true career aspirations. In addition, I needed a more targeted strategy to help soften the re-entry impact/stress of these changes on my family.
